This year, for Valentine’s day, we have put all our love in our crêpes. And more precisely, our love can be called rose and lychee or scallop and leek. We have spent time thinking about the most delicate ingredients you could possibly like to see in our crêpes and here is the result.
The desert crêpe is inspired from the well known Ispahan pastry created by Pierre Hermé, one of the most famous French pastry chefs these days. It is a combination of rose taste with lychee that contrasts with the acidity of the raspberry and the sweetness of the meringue. It is just divine! Pierre Hermé has then made an Ispahan macaron, we thought we could now try the crêpe!
To celebrate the love at Four Frogs, the glass of champagne is on special and all women will be offered a rose. We look forward to welcoming you on that sweet day.
Galette: scallops, leek, Swiss cheese, white wine sauce $21
Crêpe: raspberry, lychee, rose, white chocolate sauce, meringue gelato $17
