You might have heard the exciting news already, we are moving shops, but not to worry, we are packing up and going on to a bigger and better location down the road in Mosman.
At Four Frogs, we understand the new rules around COVID are demanding but we’ll do our best to make sure you have the best experience possible under the current circumstances.
Four Frogs follows the advice from the Government and Health Departments. Before entering any of our Crêperies, every customer must:
– Sign in to our QR code for COVID registration*
– Wait to be greeted and seated
– Show proof of double vaccination (this rule apply for customers 16 years old and older)
– Our team may ask you to wear a mask if the situation calls for it
* Following mandatory contact tracing obligations during the Covid-19 pandemic, contact details for all guests attending a reservation must be provided on arrival at Four Frogs. These details will be used solely to trace Covid-19 infections. You and your guests’ information will be stored confidentially and securely and will be cleared from our records after 28 days.
Reservations are booked for 1 hour time with the tables rebooked shortly after. Due to Covid-19 latest restrictions in NSW, our staff are required to sanitise our chairs and tables every time it’s been used. Our team is doing their best to ensure your experience isn’t impacted; please allow us an extra 5 mins.
Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time. Please contact the restaurant directly if you are running late.
We will reconfirm your reservation by email within a day (24h) of your booking. If you think you may be unavailable please contact us over the phone or on firstname.lastname@example.org .
Cancellation Policy – Non Special Event Days:
A credit card pre-authorisation is taken at the time of booking. Should you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for the booking, a cancellation charge of $15 per person will be incurred. For booking of 2 guests and over, a credit card detail will be required to confirm your reservation. Please contact us over the phone or email@example.com to make any amendments to your reservation.
Four Frogs will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however as table allocations are finalised on the day.
Your little froggies are always welcome at Four Frogs. Please also note Four Frogs does offer a froggies’ menu.
A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables of 8 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to our staff.
Credit Card Surcharge:
Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.
Weekend & public holiday Surcharge:
Should your reservation fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday a surcharge of 10% will apply to your final bill.

We do cater to any dietaries or allergies within notice, any additional dietaries or allergies presented on the day may not be catered for.-
