At Four Frogs, we care about offering the best experience: we believe small details make the difference and almost everything is homemade. We mill our own flour, we make most of our ingredients in-house and all our preparations are cooked according to the French tradition, including sauces, syrups and much more.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking passionate Restaurant Managers to join our team and help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a positive and nurturing work environment for our staff.

Role and responsibilities can be described as but are not limited to:

– Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure guests receive a warm welcome, prompt attention, and personalised service throughout their dining experience.
– Manage restaurant operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
– Lead and motivate the team: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, inspiring staff to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
– Staff training and development: Train, mentor, and empower team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professionalism.
– Maintain high standards: Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
– Build guest relationships: Interact with guests, address their concerns, and solicit feedback to continually improve the dining experience.
– Financial management: Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage inventory, labor expenses, and other operational expenses.
– Collaborate with the kitchen: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house.
– Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the restaurant industry to enhance the overall guest experience.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

We’re looking for assistant managers who are passionate about serving our guests quality food and beverage in a fast paced environment. Come and join our dynamic and fun team to work. We are a very busy venue and our team pride itself in working under pressure. 

Role and responsibilities can be described as but are not limited to:
– Maintaining high-quality service standards,
– Excellent verbal communication and time management skills,
– Ability to maintain a calm demeanour in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment,
– Leading, rostering and training the front of house team,
– Management of labour costs and reporting and the ability to balance high volume periods and peak service times with the team,
– Checking stock levels, ordering supplies, and undertaking monthly stock takes
– Overseeing reservations and building relationships with regular guests,
– Confidently offering advice about the menu and wine choices – great product knowledge is essential, and a wine background is a bonus,
– Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus, events daily run-sheets and service,
– Experience managing functions and special offsite events,

We’re looking for a dynamic waiter/waitress who is passionate about serving our guests quality food and beverage in a fast paced environment

Role and responsibilities can be described as but are not limited to:
– Greeting customers,

– Train staff in French Crêpes making 

About you:
– Have an understanding of cost ordering 
– Have experience in a Crêpe restaurant or similar and be confident in the kitchen.
– Have experience as a cook
– Enjoy making Crêpes

KITCHEN ATTENDANT / DISHWASHING

We’re looking for a dynamic kitchen attendant who is passionate about serving our guests quality food and beverage in a fast-paced environment. 

Role and responsibilities can be described as but are not limited to:
– Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods, 
– Ensure the restaurant is clean and safe,
– Undertake tasks such as inventory on a quarterly basis
