It’s this time of the year when we need to think of something really decadent to celebrate Pancake Day & Mardi Gras properly. So we’ve asked Guillaume, our chef at Four Frogs Circular Quay to come up with an idea.
What did he do? A quadruple crêpe with all the ingredients he could find in his kitchen.
That was not such a bad idea after all… so we’ve decided to allow you to do the same and go crazy with all the fillings from our crêpe menu.
If you have always struggled to choose between salted caramel and chocolate, it’s time for you to try both 😉
You like fruits? Nutella? whipped cream? crushed pistachios? What else… ice cream. Go for everything! And you get to pour the hot chocolate sauce (or else) on your crêpe…
Pancake day special crêpe $18: Quadruple crêpe will all the fillings available from the dessert menu.
Dessert menu ingredients include items such as Nutella, homemade chocolate sauce, salted caramel, strawberries, banana, whipped cream, grilled almonds, crushed pistachio, berry coulis, ice cream, etc.
Up to 2 sauces; Up to 2 ice cream scoops.
Except alcohol and flambeed crêpes.
