With Bastille Day on 14 July, we had to find a way to celebrate France this month. So we have prepared French themed special galettes, with “very French” ingredients such as snails and porcini mushrooms. For the dessert crêpes, our chef got inspired from famous French pastries: le Paris-Brest & la Forêt Noire…

Galette: Slow cooked snails in garlic & parsley sauce, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, speck, Swiss cheese $17
Galette: Mix mushrooms (chanterelle, porcini & buttons), Swiss cheese, bacon lardons, parsley & cream $21
Paris-Brest crêpe: Homemade praline sauce, nut crunch, whipped cream & grilled almonds $15
Black Forest crêpe: Homemade cherry curd, homemade Belgian chocolate sauce, kirsch-macerated cherries, whipped cream $16

Truffle Special galette
Only available for Bastille Day (14 July)
The highlight of the month is the Special Truffle galette, made with fresh Perigord truffle harvested in NSW, and originating from Perigord, which is a region in the middle of France where French truffles come from.
