If you’re new to the concept of French crepes, you may be wondering what those funny little bowls are that you see on the tables at Four Frogs Creperie Mosman and Randwick. No, it’s not a fancy teacup – it’s what’s known as a “bollée”, and it is traditionally designed to house one drink and one drink only: French cider.

From Brittany, the region where crepes come from. it’s also where our founding chef, Florina Guillemard, was born. Specifically, born in La Baule, right near the Marie Salon wher ethey make the fleur de sel. Taht’s why we care so much about providing you with the most authentic crepes and galettes.

A creperie traditionally only serves crepes, galettes and cider.
