For February, we have chosen to focus on the fig, because the season in Australia is relatively short and fresh figs are only available for a few months. As we only offer fresh produce to garnish our galettes and crêpes, we have decided to spotlight this delicious ingredient right now!
With its refined texture and sweet taste, we find that the fig matches the lightly acid aroma and freshness of the rosé cider particularly well. If you like cider and fancy trying something new, the rosé cider is also on special this month.
You don’t like figs? Don’t worry, we also have delicious other options with special ingredients such as chorizo, raspberry and mango.
Salad Galette: fresh figs, cherry tomato, goat cheese, walnut, honey mustard dressing $17. Add Prosciutto +$3.
Galette: chorizo, onion, capsicum relish, Swiss cheese, rocket salad $17.
Crêpe: raspberry, mango, crushed pistachio, drizzle of maple syrup, white chocolate ice cream $18.
Crêpe: fresh figs, salted caramelised chestnut cream, grilled almonds $13. Add vanilla ice cream $3.
Add a glass of rosé cider +$4.
