February Specials
Our February specials continue with using Sydney’s fresh, summer produce in our crepes, galettes and our special cocktail. Sweet figs and tomatoes, bright spring onions and fresh mango sing of delicious Australian fruits and vegetables. In true Four Frogs style, we paired this produce with classic French flavours and cookery. Taste them for yourself.




February Special Galettes, Crepes and Cocktail
Available from Wednesday 5th February, in all of our restaurants
Salad Galette: Fresh figs, cherry tomatoes, Goat cheese, walnut & honey mustard dressing $17. Add prosciutto $3
Galette: Peri-Peri prawn, spring onions, cherry tomatoes & Swiss cheese $20
Figs crepe: Fresh figs, mix berry coulis, white chocolate ice cream & toasted almonds $16
Pavlova crepe: Fresh mango, crushed meringue, mix berry coulis & whipped cream $17
Our refreshing, minty cocktail special this month is made with cider and mint. Mint is the perfect herb for cooling down during this hot summer weather.
