Galette: Kangaroo Prosciutto with Rocket shaved Parmigiano and Lemon dressing – $20

Crêpe: Dulce de Leche, whipped Cream Sugar Waffles and grilled Pecan – $18

Cocktail: 60ml Calvados Negroni (Calvados from Normandy, Red Vermouth and Campari) – $18
