Yes, you read right… We will be adding the rare, delicious and French favourite, Saucisson, to our menu this month!

The beloved Saucisson, a French favourite and rare find in Australia will be making a delicious appearance in all our Crêperies in January! 
Le Saucisson is a French classic, a starter that is usually enjoyed with a glass of wine, especially in Summer. We joined forces with La Bastide to bring you a full French Saucisson experience, right here in Sydney.

Meet the producer: 

Meet the Frenchman living in Australia, who has learnt the art of making the most authentic Saucisson in the country. Jean-marc Amar is the owner of La Bastide, and after a few years based Sydney side, he realised that being a French living in Australia meant missing the number one French food staple, the saucisson. A slow-aged, air-dried pork sausage eaten with bread, cheese and wine. That is when Jean-marc decided to start his company, sourcing French supplies to shops and restaurants throughout Australia.
