Did someone say, Saucisson?
Yes, you read right… We will be adding the rare, delicious and French favourite, Saucisson, to our menu this month!
Meet the Frenchman living in Australia, who has learnt the art of making the most authentic Saucisson in the country. Jean-marc Amar is the owner of La Bastide, and after a few years based Sydney side, he realised that being a French living in Australia meant missing the number one French food staple, the saucisson. A slow-aged, air-dried pork sausage eaten with bread, cheese and wine. That is when Jean-marc decided to start his company, sourcing French supplies to shops and restaurants throughout Australia.
T&C’s: offer available from the 1st to the 30th January in our four Crêperies for lunch and dinner. Available until stocks lasts. Must be 18 and over.
