After the tremendous success of our first soirée at our Circular Quay Crêperie, which was followed by an excellent evening in Randwick last month, we are excited to announce that our exquisite GH Mumm Experience is coming back for a third instalment, this time at our original home in Mosman!
This Mumm Dinner is extra special, because it will be happening during Truffle season! Truffles pair so seamlessly with Champagne, so we have decided to celebrate this excellent pairing by incorporating fresh, locally sourced Truffles into our menu! Did somebody say “pure luxury”?

Born and raised in the picturesque vineyard of Cognac, France, Emeline Troger embodies a deep-rooted passion for French terroir and traditional savoir-faire. After living in Shanghai, Emeline’s heart remained tethered to her hometown, leading her back to Bordeaux. Under the tutelage of renowned wine experts, she honed her expertise and delved into the intricacies of the Champagne region, guided by local experts in viticulture and the art of winemaking.
She is dedicated to sharing the essence of French art de vivre here in Sydney, and is the perfect guide to unveil the true elegance and splendour of GH Mumm Champagne!
Meet Wendy Burdis
At Four Frogs, we’re passionate about supporting local farmers and producers, which is why we source our Truffles right here in Australia. They come from Ganymede Truffles in the beautiful Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. With 12 years of experience in harvesting top-quality Truffles, they consistently deliver the best. We’re excited to provide this opportunity to dive into the world of truffle farming with the experts themselves. Learn from seasoned truffières as they share their fascinating journey, from nurturing the Truffles in the rich soil to the thrill of the harvest.
