On March 24th, at 6:00 pm at our Randwick crêperie, we are excited to co-host a special 3-course menu dinner that includes specialty beer pairings from Frenchies own local brewery. Plus, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Head Brewer will be there to give you all the details on what makes their beers so special and how we paired them with our specialty Galettes and Crêpes.

If you’re not familiar with Frenchies, this dinner is the perfect introduction. Brewed and packed in their microbrewery in Roseberry, their beers go beyond the limits of beer categories and styles, contain no additives and are unpasteurised. Their core range beers have been awarded many times over the last couple of years.

For $55 per person, each meal will include:

Amuse bouche paired with Frenchies’ Pale Ale:
🍻 Salmon Blinis & Lemon Cream Cheese
🍻 Romesco Blinis

Your choice of Galette paired with Frenchies’ Laperouse:
🍻 Salad Galette: Prawn, Cherry Tomato, Spring Onions, Spinach, Toasted Peanuts with Coconut & Sesame Sressing
🍻 La Tartiflette: Bacon, Swiss and Raclette Cheese, Potato and Onion slowly cooked in Cider
🍻 Veggie Galette: Baby Spinach, Feta, Mushroom & Avocado

Your choice of Crêpe paired with Frenchies’ Astrolabe:
🍻 White Chocolate Ice Cream, Homemade Salted Caramel, Grilled Almonds
🍻 Fresh Orange Segment and Candied Zest & Dark Belgium Chocolate Sauce
🍻 Strawberry, Whipped Cream and Organic Maple Syrup
