Our December specials were created with an Aussie summer, Christmas and of course, French tradition in mind.
For this month’s galettes and crepes, we used only the best and freshest seasonally available produce. Plus, we’re very excited to introduce a vegan galette!
From December 11 2018, our December specials will begin.
December Special Galettes
Our vegan galette remains true to a traditional Four Frogs galette as it is very tasty. Avocado adds a creamy decadence while pine nuts add crunch.
Bacon, chorizo, egg, toasted corn, Swiss cheese & Rocket fuel sauce $19
Vegan: Spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado, pine nuts & beetroot relish $18

Banana, toasted coconut flakes, coconut gelato & salted caramel sauce $15

In our usual festive and jolly spirit, we had to have a cocktail. Our Apple Cider Spritz cocktail is refreshing enough for a hot summer December but joyous enough to remind you of Christmas. It’s almost as if you were enjoying a crisp apple at a sidewalk cafe in France around Christmas—magical and comforting at the same time.
