In December 2018 , we're proud to introduce our first vegan galette!

Our December specials were created with an Aussie summer, Christmas and of course, French tradition in mind.
For this month’s galettes and crepes, we used only the best and freshest seasonally available produce. Plus, we’re very excited to introduce a vegan galette!

From December 11 2018, our December specials will begin.

December Special Galettes

Seasonal sweet corn combines amazingly well with spicy chorizo, nutty Swiss cheese and a perfectly fried egg. We think this combo of flavours would make a yummy lunch or breakfast but, you are of course welcomed to have it at any time of the day.

Many of our clients have been asking for a vegan option for a long time. After years of tests, we finally managed to create a dough that is completely vegan, meaning we don’t use milk or egg. All galette ingredients are vegan as well. and of course, gluten free.
Our vegan galette remains true to a traditional Four Frogs galette as it is very tasty. Avocado adds a creamy decadence while pine nuts add crunch.

December Special Crêpes

Our crepes for this month fuse tropical and Christmas for a unique experience. We take you back to childhood nostalgia with our Oreo crepe. Bananas and coconut star in our second special to celebrate seasonal fruits and the perfect combination of banana, caramel and coconut.

In our usual festive and jolly spirit, we had to have a cocktail. Our Apple Cider Spritz cocktail is refreshing enough for a hot summer December but joyous enough to remind you of Christmas. It’s almost as if you were enjoying a crisp apple at a sidewalk cafe in France around Christmas—magical and comforting at the same time.
