Bastille Day Week and Our Truffle Galette
Bastille Day is July 14th, one of the most important national days of celebration in France. In honour of the day, we’re bringing back one of our favourite specials: the truffle galette!
Bastille Day is a very exciting day of the year for us, which is why we wanted to celebrate with a quintessentially French galette. The truffle galette has become a tradition at Four Frogs, and our customers wait for it every July. It’s a highlight of our year, and we love to share it with you!
To make this decadent savoury dish, we fill one of our fresh galettes with freshly grated local black truffle, prosciutto, Swiss cheese & an egg. As always, we use our home-milled buckwheat flour to make our galettes, which is packed with flavour and nutrients.
At Four Frogs we are committed to working with local farmers and producers. That’s why we source our truffles from right here at home in Australia.
We’re very excited to be reopening our Circular Quay location just in time for this special occasion. Circular Quay will be open as of July 13th.
This special galette will be served from July 14th to 19th, so don’t miss out!
