For February, we have chosen to focus on the fig, because the season in Australia is relatively short. We also have delicious other options with special ingredients such as chorizo, raspberry and mango, etc.
The Chandeleur is simply THE day of the crêpes in France, and many other European countries. It’s always on February 2nd.
