The Promoter of the Brittany Down Under Festival is Four Frogs Crêperie FOUR FROGS CREPERIE EVENTS PTY LTD ABN 59 677 397 410 (the “Promoter”).

To be eligible to win, participants must purchase one or more tickets(s) during Brittany Down Under festival. Tickets are available to purchase on site at the venue from 9 am to 5 pm.

 

Employees of Brittany Down Under, sponsors’ employees, participating retailers and agencies associated with this competition and their immediate family are not permitted to participate.

 

The draw will take place at the Brittany Down Under festival, which will take place at Sub Base Platypus 120 High St, North Sydney NSW 2060, on Sunday, 08/02/2026 at 4 pm AEST.

 

The winners will be announced to the public during the event, at the time of the draw. In case of a winner not redeeming the prize at the time of the draw, prizes will be available for collection from Four Frogs Crêperie Circular Quay Gateway, 1 Alfred St, Sydney NSW 2000, from Monday 09/02/2026 and within 30 days.

Prizes will be finalised and determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion and are subject to the “sponsors” terms and conditions, as included in Prize details below.

Ticket holders must be Australian residents or, if successful in the draw, receive any prize in Australia.

 

Holders of tickets give permission to the Promoter to use the ticket holder’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

 

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Prize Draw and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the ticket holder. Ticket holders should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. If the winner does not wish to claim any part of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then

that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or element of the prize.

 

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

• any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control),

• any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference,

• any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,

• any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions,

• any tax liability incurred by a winner or ticket holder, or use of a prize.

 

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion:

• to disqualify any ticket holder,

• to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempest, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.

 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes or for cash. If any prize (or any part of any prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to subscribe to Four Frogs Crêperie and France Travel Solutions e-newsletter.

The Promoter may transfer collected information to its partners. You acknowledge that such transfer may occur, and that its partners may continue to use your Personal Information. In such instances, your Personal Information is governed by its partners’ respective privacy policies.

The Promoter collects your personal information to assist it in providing the goods or services you have requested, to process your competition entries, and to improve our products and services. The Promotor may be in touch by email to let you know about goods, services, or promotions which may be of interest to you. The Promotor may also share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in providing our services, running

competitions or with other companies that provide prizes for competitions or reader offers.

By purchasing a ticket, the participants accept these Terms and Conditions. The participant’s entry to the draw will be deemed void where he or she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
