This October, we’re celebrating the rich culinary heritage of our favourite region of France, Brittany! The birthplace of Crêpes, Galettes, AND our very own Head Chef Guillaume, who has crafted this exceptional menu, Brittany is a region known for its vibrant flavours and timeless traditions beloved across France and around the world! From the classic Galette Saucisse with a succulent Pork Fennel Sausage snuggly wrapped in a Galette (kind of like a French Sausage Roll – but better!), to delightful Palets Breton biscuits, each dish is a tribute to the authentic and cherished flavours that define this extraordinary region.
